We continue to take steps to ensure the health and safety of all our guests and team members and follow the health and cleanliness plan, for the resort, restaurants and bars that supplements the American Hotel & Lodging Association's Safe Stay Guidelines. This is based on recommendations and requirements of the following trusted resources to minimize risk and enhance safety for our hotel guests and associates:
- Center for Disease Control (CDC)
- World Health Organization (WHO)
- U.S. Department of Health (DOH)
- Federal, state, local government agencies and authorities
- U.S. Department of Labor (DOL)
- U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
- National Restaurant Association
- Cleaning product suppliers and other partners
NYC Proof of Vaccination
Proof of vaccination is no longer required for indoor dining spaces, indoor fitness facilities, and indoor entertainment and performing arts venues.

Physical Distancing
Everyone is asked to practice proper physical distancing when possible.
Hand Sanitization
Hand sanitizer stations are provided in high traffic areas throughout the property such as the front desk. Team members are performing thorough handwashing and sanitization at minimum every 60 minutes or after each guest interaction.
Contactless Experience
Contactless check-out is available as well as room service ordering and delivery. Self-parking options are available for guests who wish to have a contactless experience.
Face Coverings & Gloves
Masks are optional for all team members. Team members are equipped with gloves and appropriate PPE if needed and have been trained on enhanced procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests. Face coverings are optional for all guests throughout property.
Public Spaces
Public spaces and restrooms are cleaned at increased frequency with the recommended cleaners and disinfectants in accordance with the guidelines provided by the CDC. Special attention are paid to high-touch areas such as door handles, push plates, handrails, and elevator buttons. Entry Doors into hotel are automatic sliding.
