Terms & Conditions: A valid U.S. government ID or active military ID matching the name on the reservation must be presented at check-in, in order to qualify for this rate plan. The purpose of our per diem rate is to provide a rate to U.S. government and military travelers on business at or below the allowable federal per diem for the region in which Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe | Houston is located. People traveling on federal government business will only be reimbursed by the federal government for a room rate up to the allowable per diem for that region, regardless of what rate they book, so please be sure to confirm that the rate you wish to book is within your allowable per diem. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you do not exceed your per diem and neither the resort nor Margaritaville will be liable for any amounts payable by you in connection with your reservation. Taxes are additional, and this rate cannot be combined with any other special rates, discounts, dollars off, percentage savings or promotions. Further, and for clarity, this rate does not include our nightly resort fee, incidentals, gratuities, or additional guest, per night charges that may be imposed. Blackout dates, room type exclusions, and other restrictions may apply. Offer is subject to availability. A refundable deposit equal to the first night's room and tax will be charged on your credit card at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Cancellations must be made seven (7) days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit amount. This policy and the seasonal dates are subject to change at any time at the discretion of the Resort.
