Check-in begins at 4:00PM EST. Early check-in is based on availability on the day of your arrival and may be subject to additional charges.

Check-out is at 11:00AM EST. Late check-out is based on availability on the day of your departure and may be subject to additional charges.

Most reservations can be cancelled free of charge up until 4:00PM EST two days before your arrival date and will be charged for one night stay plus tax if cancelled within 48 hours. Some rates and dates of stay have different cancellation policies as described at the time of booking. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the applicable terms.

Each room reserved is guaranteed 1 parking space on property. Overnight self parking is complimentary. There is no valet parking available on property.

We are a smoke-free facility and smoking is prohibited by law inside the building and on guestroom balconies. There are designated outdoor smoking areas throughout the property.

Sorry, as much as we love our furry friends, pets are not currently permitted at the Island Inn.

Yes, the Island Inn is ADA accessible. ADA guest rooms are available with roll-showers, hearing impaired features, wider doorways, and extra grab bars in the showers (select rooms). Pool areas and public spaces are ADA accessible. Please contact us if you have additional questions about available accommodations.

Yes, we will be happy to receive mail or deliveries on your behalf at no extra charge. 

No, we do not have Tesla or EV charging stations at this time.

No, there is no resort fee applicable to reservations at this time.

Yes, all of our accommodations are equipped with mini refrigerators, microwaves, safes, and Keurig coffee makers.

No, blenders are not available on property at this time.

We do not provide airport transportation, however taxis and private car services are readily available at our location.

Our island-inspired oasis is easy to get to from Knoxville and McGhee Tyson Airport by car.

If you’re coming from McGhee Tyson Airport: 

1. Follow W General Aviation Dr to US-129 N, then take US-129 N to the TN-168 E exit in Knoxville. 
2. Follow TN-168 E to US-441 S, then take US-441 S for 14.2 miles and turn right onto Pleasant Hill Rd. 
3. Follow Pleasant Hill Rd, then take a slight right onto Whites School Rd, a left onto River Divide Rd, a left onto Henderson Rd, a right onto Henderson Chapel Rd and then a right onto the Parkway. 
4. Follow the Parkway for .9 miles before you see Margaritaville Island Inn Pigeon Forge on the left. 

If you’re coming from Knoxville:

1. Take Interstate 40 east
2. Take exit 407 toward TN-66 S/Winfield Dunn Pkwy
3. Follow TN-66 S/Winfield Dunn Pkwy for 8.5 miles, then continue onto Forks of the River Pkwy until it turns right and becomes US-441 S/Parkway
4. Stay on US-441 S/Parkway for 4.3 miles until you see Margaritaville Island Inn Pigeon Forge on the left

Explore all of the fun and excitement to be had at The Island featuring family-friendly fun including bumper cars, a ferris wheel, carousel, ropes course, restaurants, shops, and more.  Or enjoy some retail therapy at nearby Tanger Outlets. For outdoor adventure, the entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just 20 minutes away.
