Margaritaville Hotel San Diego Gaslamp Quarter Health & Safety FAQ's
Q: What is being done to ensure cleanliness and safety for housekeeping and room service?
A: Full housekeeping services will be completed with trash and tidy services for all rooms daily. All rooms will also be deep cleaned between each new check-in with expanded sanitation procedures. We use cleaning products and protocols that meet EPA guidelines and are proven effective against viruses, bacteria, and other airborne pathogens.
Q: Face Coverings
A: Effective September 23, 2022, in alignment with the California Department of Public Health’s (CDPH) announcement. San Diego County has low community levels for COVID-19. As such, the following is recommended:
- People may choose to mask at any time. People can wear a mask based on personal preference, informed by their own personal level of risk (also, aligns with CDC guidance for COVID-19 low community levels).
- People with symptoms, a positive test, or exposure to someone with COVID-19 should wear a mask.
Q: Public Spaces
A: We go above and beyond in our cleaning procedures in all common and high-traffic areas. That includes cleaning and sanitizing with soap and water, as well as cleaning agents approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
