Is there on-site transportation?
Shuttle service is available to and from Key West International Airport and the Historic Seaport Harbor downtown. The shuttle operates daily from 6 am to 10 pm. Call the front desk at 305-292-9800 or text 305-440-4694 to arrange transportation. Copies of the shuttle schedule are available upon check-in.
What time is check-in/checkout?
Check-in: 4pm | Check-out: 11am
Late check-out requests must be made by calling the front desk. Please note that additional fees may apply.
Are there laundry facilities or services available on-site?
Same-day dry-cleaning services are available Monday through Friday. Items will be picked up from the hotel at 7:30 am and returned by 6 pm.
Where is Margaritaville Beach House Key West located?
From the Key West International Airport, head northwest on Faraldo Circle toward Nancy Cherry Lane, turning right onto South Roosevelt Boulevard. Continue on South Roosevelt Boulevard for 1-mile, and the resort will be on your right.
Is Wi-Fi free?
In-room and resort-wide Wi-Fi access is included in our resort fee.
What does the resort fee include?
Our resort fee allows guests exclusive access to a host of amenities, services, and activities that include:
- Shuttle service to and from downtown and the Key West International Airport
- Daily parking for vehicles (boat, trailer, RV, or jet-ski parking is not permitted)
- Welcome cocktail during check-in
- Daily poolside refreshments including freshly blended fruit smoothies at noon and popsicles at 2 pm
- Daily lobby refreshments including LavAzza brewed coffee, fruit-infused water, and fresh-baked cookies
- Local phone calls
- Wi-Fi
- 24/7 coffee and tea at Margaritaville Provisions
What are the Fitness Center hours?
Our on-site Fitness Center offers state-of-the-art equipment and is accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week with room key.
Are pets allowed?
We know furry family members are very important which is why we are proudly pet-friendly!
Our resort welcomes well-mannered dogs of 30 lbs or less. Guests with dogs will be charged $75 per night per dog (maximum of two dogs per room). Room type and location restrictions may apply.
Pets cannot be left unattended. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets on hotel grounds and properly dispose of waste in the pet waste bins conveniently located throughout the property. Pets are not permitted at the pool, fitness center, or on the hotel shuttle. Damages caused by pets to a guest room, its furnishing, and any hotel property are the sole responsibility of the guest. The guest's account will be charged commensurate to the cost of such damages.
Certified service dogs that provide assistance to individuals with disabilities are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions described above.
