Reservations & Customer Service Representative
Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Reservations & Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle reservations, answer guest inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure each guest has a memorable stay. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, booking accommodations, responding to emails, and assisting guests with their needs before, during, and after their visit. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus. Part-time with potential for full-time work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage reservations via phone, email, and booking systems
Provide information on resort amenities, policies, and local attractions
Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional manner
Collaborate with the front desk and maintenance team to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills & Experience:
High school degree or GED preferred.
Eighteen years of age or older.
Good reading, writing, mathematical and communication skills.
Able to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts.
Able to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Good judgment and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience preferred
Flexible schedule
Available to work holidays and weekends
