There are 2 routes to get to Camp Margaritaville RV Resort Crystal Beach.
- We recommend taking Interstate 10 to Winnie. Take exit 828 from I-10 and follow TX-124 S to State Highway 87.
- The 2nd option is to take the ferry by driving through Galveston via Interstate 45 South. Please be aware of ferry wait times by clicking here. The ferry is a great way to visit Bolivar Peninsula but wait times can be long.
Can I take my RV on the ferry?
Yes, the ferry can accommodate a maximum overall weight of 80,000 pounds. The maximum height is 13.6 feet, width is 13 feet and length is 80 feet.
What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in starts is from 3:00-7:00 PM
- Check-out is 11:00 AM
Does the resort have Wi-Fi?
Yes, we have ultra highspeed WiFi throughout the resort that provides excellent internet connectivity whenever you need it.
Which sites are right for my rig?
All sites are BIG RIG FRIENDLY.
Do you have full hookups?
Yes, every site is full hook up with 20-30-50 amps with sewer and water.
How big are your sites?
Our sites average 60 feet in length, have wide turning radiuses in and out of the sites, and every site comes with a patio, custom picnic table and a custom fire pit.
Can I reserve a specific site?
Yes, we offer a lock fee to reserve a specific site. Please select that option when you make your reservation online. If you need help, please reach out to us at info@margaritavillecrystalbeach.com.
Do you have restrictions on the type of RV?
We welcome self-contained RVs including Travel Trailers, Fifth Wheel Trailers, and Class A, B, and C Motor Homes, tear-drop campers, pop-up campers and truck campers that are 15 years old or newer. For RVs older than 15 years and in excellent condition, contact our reservation team for approval. Our resort policy prohibits tent camping. All RV’s are subject to exterior inspection upon arrival.
Do you have pull-thru sites?
Yes, we do have pull-through spaces available. Please select pull-through options while booking your reservation.
Do you rent RVs?
Yes, we offer RV rentals on-site. You can learn more here.
Is the beach accessible from the resort?
Yes, the beach is accessible from the resort via a dune crossover that is pedestrian and golf-cart-friendly. We are one of very few beachfront RV resorts on the Texas Coast.
Can you drive golf carts on the beach?
Yes, one of the most amazing amenities that we have is that you are allowed to drive vehicles on the beach. If you drive a personal vehicle or personal golf cart, a beach pass is required by the city and can be purchased for $10 at our Camp Store. Camp Margaritaville RV Resort Crystal Beach golf carts come with a beach permit.
We have a new fleet of lifted golf carts designed to drive on the beach available for rent. Golf carts can be rented at the time of your reservation or you can reach out to us at info@margaritavillecrystalbeach.com to add a rental to your stay.

Can I bring my golf cart or ATV?
At this time, guests are allowed to bring their personal golf carts. However, ATVs/UTVs, side-by-sides, and other off-road vehicles are not allowed to be driven inside the park.
Parking pass rates for personal golf carts operated within the Camp Margaritaville RV Resort Crystal Beach are $25 per golf cart per visit.
We have a new fleet of lifted golf carts designed to drive on the beach available for rent. Golf carts can be rented at the time of your reservation or you can reach out to us at info@margaritavillecrystalbeach.com to add a rental to your stay.

Yes, we have a shower facility that provides families with private bathroom and shower accommodations. No reservation needed.

Do you have cable TV available?
No, we do not have cable TV, but with our Wi-Fi you can stream any of your favorite TV apps.
Is fishing allowed?
Yes, bring your fishing pole and bait or we have them here for purchase. You do need a fishing license to fish within the resort and on the beach. Please check the Texas Parks and Wildlife website for more information. All fishing is catch and release only.
Do you offer a Military Discount?
Yes, we offer a 10% Military Discount. This discount can be added over the phone at (409) 287-0942. A Military ID will be requested at check-in.
Can I have a visitor to my site?
Yes, please ask all visitors to check in at the Camp Store for a visitor pass.
Can you swim in the lakes?
At this time, we do not allow swimming in the lakes.
What is your pet policy?

What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations may be cancelled or changed fifteen (15) days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date and will receive a refund in the full amount of the reservation, less a non-refundable $25 booking fee.
Any reservation that is cancelled or changed less than fifteen (15) days and more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will be issued a guest credit in the full amount of the reservation, less a non-refundable $25 booking fee. All guests credits are valid and redeemable within 30 days of the cancellation. Revised reservations dates must be provided within the 30 days or the full amount of the reservation will be forfeited. Reservations may only be moved once. Revised reservations can not be canceled for a refund. All cancellations and changes to the reservation must be made by phone at409.515.1970.
A reservation cancelled within seven (7) days of the scheduled arrival date will result in the full amount of the reservation being forfeited.
Camping is an outdoor experience and accordingly we do not offer refunds due to the whims of Mother Nature.
Are there seasonal hours of operation?
Yes, seasonal hours range from December 1- March 15.
All other amenities including the laundry, gym, showers, arcade and the Camp Store are not impacted by seasonal hours.
Do you have monthly golf cart rentals?
Yes, through February 15th, 2023
4 seat cart - $750 monthly
6 seat cart - $850 monthly
