Resort FAQ

Is there an age minimum for check-in at the Resort?

Yes. The minimum age to check-in is 21.

What time is check-in? Is early check-in possible?

Check-in begins at 4:00PM EST. Early check-in is based on availability on the day of your arrival and may be subject to additional charges.

What time is check-out? Is late check-out possible?

Check-out is at 11:00AM EST. Late check-out is based on availability on the day of your departure and may be subject to additional charges.

What is your cancellation policy?

Most reservations can be cancelled free of charge up until 4:00PM EST two days before your arrival date and will be charged for one night stay plus tax if cancelled within 48 hours. Some rates and dates of stay have different cancellation policies as described at the time of booking. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for the applicable terms.

Does the Resort offer free parking? Does the Resort offer valet parking?

Each room reserved is guaranteed 1 parking space on property. Overnight valet parking is $15 per night. Overnight self-parking is complimentary. There is also a public parking garage across the street from the Resort entrance at Light #3.

Is smoking allowed at the Resort?

We are a smoke-free facility and smoking is prohibited by law inside the building and on guest room balconies. There are designated outdoor smoking areas throughout the property.

Are pets allowed at the Resort?

Sorry, as much as we love our furry friends, pets are not currently permitted at the Resort.

Is the Resort ADA accessible? What accessible features are offered?

Yes, the Resort is ADA accessible. ADA guest rooms are available with roll-in showers, hearing impaired features, wider doorways, and extra grab bars in the showers (select rooms). Restaurants, pool areas, and public spaces are all ADA accessible. Please contact us if you have additional questions about available accommodations.

Can I receive mail and packages at the Resort?

Yes, we will be happy to receive mail or deliveries on your behalf at no extra charge.

Does the Resort have car charging stations?

No, we do not have Tesla or EV charging stations at this time.

Can we come and spend the day at the Resort if we’re not staying there?

The Resort's St. Somewhere Spa and restaurants (LandShark Bar & Grill, License to Chill, Joe Merchant's and Margaritaville Daiquiri Shack & Grill) are all open to the public, however the indoor and outdoor pool, splash area, and fitness center are reserved for Resort guests only.

Is there a Resort fee?

No, there is no Resort fee applicable to reservations at this time.

We would like to eat at LandShark Bar & Grill or Margaritaville Daiquiri Shack & Grill. Do we have to be a Resort guest?

No, all dining outlets are open to the public, including LandShark Bar & Grill, Margaritaville Daiquiri Shack & Grill, and the License to Chill Bar located in the Resort.

Do the rooms have wet bars, refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, and safes in them?

Yes, all of our room accommodations are equipped with wet bars, mini refrigerators, microwaves, safes, and Keurig coffee makers.

Do you have blenders for guest use in the rooms?

Yes, blenders are available free of charge from the front desk upon request, subject to availability. We also offer in-room packages with everything needed to make your own frozen concoctions.

Does the Resort provide airport transportation?

We do not provide airport transportation, however taxis and private car services are readily available at our location.
