Our Island Inn is a multi-story property offering a complimentary breakfast and easy access to Great Smoky Mountains Parkway in Pigeon Forge. At our Island Hotel, you’ll discover space to spread out, signature Margaritaville drinking and dining options, an on-site luxury spa and spacious rooms, suites and penthouses offering private balconies overlooking The Island fountains, river or village shops. You’ll also be set right in the middle of the action on The Island in Pigeon Forge.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Overnight valet parking is available for $25 per night, plus tax, and self-parking is $10 per night, plus tax. Each guest room allows for one car, while two-bedroom suites accommodate up to two vehicles. Please note that overnight parking in The Island lot is prohibited, and we are unable to accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles.
Is the hotel ADA accessible?
Margaritaville Island Hotel is ADA compliant and meets all ADA property regulations including, but not limited to, a fully automated entrance door, accessible public restrooms, ramps, accessible guest accommodations and a portable, motorized lift chair at our rooftop pool.

How do I get to Margaritaville Island Hotel Pigeon Forge?
Our tropical escape in the heart of Pigeon Forge is easy to get to from Knoxville and McGhee Tyson Airport by car.
If you’re coming from McGhee Tyson Airport:
- Follow W General Aviation Dr to US-129 N, then take US-129 N to the TN-168 E exit in Knoxville.
- Follow TN-168 E to US-441 S, then take US-441 S for 14.2 miles and turn right onto Pleasant Hill Rd.
- Follow Pleasant Hill Rd, then take a slight right onto Whites School Rd, a left onto River Divide Rd, a left onto Henderson Rd, a right onto Henderson Chapel Rd and then a right onto the Parkway.
- Follow the Parkway for .9 miles before you see the entrance to The Island on the left.
- Turn onto The Island Dr. and arrive.
If you’re coming from Knoxville:
- Take Interstate 40 east
- Take exit 407 toward TN-66 S/Winfield Dunn Pkwy
- Follow TN-66 S/Winfield Dunn Pkwy for 8.5 miles, then continue onto Forks of the River Pkwy until it turns right and becomes US-441 S/Parkway
- Stay on US-441 S/Parkway for 4.3 miles until you see the entrance to The Island on the left.
- Turn onto The Island Dr. and arrive.

What are the age requirements for spa services?
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests must be 21 or older to receive one free wine, beer, or seasonal cocktail after spa service. Non-alcoholic options are available for spa guests.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours incur a 50% charge of services plus service charges. No-shows are charged 100% for services and service charges.
Is there a service charge?
Yes. For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be applied to your final bill. Gratuities for outstanding service are left to your discretion.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment time to complete forms and dress down to your comfort level. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times to accommodate other guests' appointments.
