Set to become the crown jewel at Newport on the Levee, the brand-new Margaritaville Hotel will be located across from downtown Cincinnati on the south bank of the Ohio River in Newport, Kentucky. The full-service, amenity-rich hotel will feature 264 rooms, 4 Margaritaville-inspired food and beverage concepts, rooftop bar, retail store, and more than 10,000 square feet of meeting and event space. This family friendly destination is scheduled to open on the Kentucky riverfront in 2026.
