Resort Policies

EARLY DEPARTURE:
If a guest checks out before the check-out date specified in the reservation, the reservation may be subject to a charge.

Check-In Time: 16:00 (4:00 PM)    |    Check-Out Time: 11:00 (11:00 AM)

TRANSPORTATION FEE:
There is a US$ 75.00 + tax roundtrip transfer fee, per person from the John Greif II Airport to the resort. This transfer will be done either by boat or by shuttle van. Transfers may be a shared service with other guests. Transfer time to the resort can vary between 35-50 minutes.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION POLICY:
A deposit equivalent to a 1-night stay plus taxes will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before arrival will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival will be charged 1-night plus taxes.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

PET POLICY:
As much as we love our furry friends, only service animals are currently permitted at Margaritaville Beach Resort Ambergris Caye Belize.
