Our property has 2 restaurants on site, one indoor with air-conditioning (Riddles in the Sand) and one on the beach (The Shoreline). We also have 2 bars, one with flat screen TVs so you never have to miss a sporting event while on vacation and the other is a swim up bar for poolside cocktails. Private Chef settings, beachfront and lighthouse dinner experiences are also available at Margaritaville Beach Resort, Belize.

The Shoreline is a unique island-style beach shack is located steps away from the Tour & Activity Center. This outlet offers beachfront dining and drinks in an open-air setting, where guests can enjoy fresh, local flavors while soaking in the stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. Adding to its charm, The Shoreline also even serves cocktails directly to guests wading in the water, creating a one-of-a-kind island vibe that’s both rustic and enchanting.
Riddles in the Sand is the culinary heart of the resort. Enjoy fresh, local flavors from the comfort of the indoors or dine outside and have your meal complemented by sights and sounds of the sea. Indulge in handcrafted cocktails and seafood sourced from directly from the surrounding ocean. Live entertainment and unparalleled views from the 40-foot lighthouse complete the dining experience.
Fire up the grill for a truly unique dining experience. Indulge in delicious ribs, chicken, sausage, and seafood at Sun Baked BBQ. Pick up a BBQ kit and cook your own meal or commission one of the resort's chefs to grill your food to perfection. (4 guests min. required and a 24 hour reservation notice.)
