Compass Hotel Naples  may not delete some or all Personal Information if such Personal Information is necessary for us, or our service providers or affiliates, to: Complete the transaction for which the Personal Information was collected, provide a good or service requested by the consumer, or reasonably anticipated within the context of Margaritaville’s Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach ongoing business relationship with the consumer, or otherwise perform a contract between Compass Hotel Naples  and the consumer,

Removing Content on Public Forums

We are required to indicate whether we honor “Do Not Track” settings in your browser concerning targeted advertising. “Do Not Track” is a standard that is currently under development. As it is not yet finalized, we adhere to the standards set out in this Privacy Notice and do not monitor or follow any Do Not Track browser requests.
