This weekend, we are bringing back our annual Spring Craft Show and Jambalaya Cook-Off. Get ready for a packed weekend full of unique crafted goods, delicious homemade jambalaya, and lots of fun.

Get ready for another year of our Jambalaya Cook-Off. The deadline to register is 10AM on Saturday, March 15th. Judging will start at 2PM and awards will be given at 7PM. There will be a $40 entry fee per team that must be paid by the registration deadline. Proceeds will be donated to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital. We will only be offering a pork category, which means pork has to be the main source of meat. Other meats are allowed, but must be listed.
