WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT FOR THE RV RESORT?
Check-in time for all RV sites is 2 pm. If you arrive before 2 pm, your site may not be ready, but we will make efforts to accommodate you if possible. An early check in fee may apply. Please call prior to arriving to see if early check-in is possible.
Check-out time on the day of your departure is 12 pm.
WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER AN RV?
Camp Margaritaville is an RV resort. Approved recreational vehicles include class A, B, and C motorhomes, fifth wheels, hard-sided travel trailers, hybrid travel trailers with pop-out beds, toy haulers, truck campers, pop-up campers and teardrop campers. All recreational vehicles must be factory manufactured only and currently registered, maintained in good condition, and in running order without leaks of any kind. In addition, all RVs must be leveled and supported with the proper equipment. (Tent camping is not permitted.)
15 Year Rule: We do love a great restored vintage camper; however, we will need to pre-approve any RV more than 15-years old to ensure that it is maintained and in good condition. Please email images of your RV within 48 hours of booking your stay to info@campmargaritavillepigeonforge.com for approval. RVs over 15 years old that arrive without prior authorization may be denied entry.
IS THERE TENT CAMPING AT THE RV RESORT?
Tent camping at the RV resort is not permitted.
DO RV RESORT GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO ALL THE CAMP MARGARITAVILLE AMENITIES?
Yes, RV resort guests have access to all the amenities on property. This includes the resort pool, lazy river, Fin City Entertainment Center, planned activities, pickleball courts, Fins Bar, hot tub, guest laundry, and more. A $15 resort fee plus tax per RV per night does apply.
DO YOU HAVE FULL HOOKUPS?
Yes, all sites have full hookups with 30-50-amp power, water, sewer, cable TV and WIFI.
IS THE RV RESORT PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes, we are pet friendly, and there are no additional fees for pets staying in the RV Resort (Pet fees apply at the Lodge). Pets must always be attended to and leashed. You must clean up after your pet anywhere on the premises. Pets may be prohibited as necessary. Copy of current vaccinations must be kept on file in the office. No more than two pets allowed per campsite without prior approval.
WHAT IS THE RV RESORT CANCELLATION POLICY?
RV RESORT CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of your deposit.
- No-shows or cancellations made less than 4 days prior to arrival will be charged the full remaining balance on the reservation.
- A $10 cancellation fee will be applicable to all cancellations.
- There are no refunds for inclement weather or early departure.
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE PERMITTED PER RV SITE?
A maximum of 6 people allowed (including registered guests and visitors) per site at any time. Additional people over 4 are allowed with a $5 per day fee.
WHAT IS THE RV RESORT VISITOR POLICY?
Anyone not registered to a site at check-in will be considered a visitor. All visitors must register and obtain a car permit at the office before entering the park. Cars parked without a valid permit are subject to towing at any time, at the customer or visitor’s expense. Permit must be always visible on dash. Visitor parking is in designated parking areas only. Day visitors must leave by 10:00 pm. Visitors may be restricted during periods of high occupancy. Registered customers are responsible for their visitors and will be held financially responsible for any damage to park property. Please make sure your guests are aware of the community rules.
WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR CHILDREN?
Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior at all times. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms.
WHEN ARE QUIET HOURS?
10:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Sunday–Thursday and 11:00 pm until 8:00 am. Friday-Saturday. Children under 16 must return to their site by 10:00 pm.
DO YOU ALLOW GOLF CARTS?
Yes, golf carts are permitted. All golf carts need to be registered at check-in, and separate rules and regulations must be signed. Golf cart permit required and may be obtained in the office. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to drive any golf cart (whether rented or privately owned) without a parent/guardian on board. Privately owned golf carts must verify proof of bodily injury and property damage liability insurance coverage in the amounts of at least $25,000 per injured person, $50,000 per accident, $10,000 property damage.
We do offer golf cart rentals at the resort for your convenience. Advance reservations are recommended.
WHAT IS THE VEHICLE POLICY FOR THE RV RESORT?
You are permitted one RV and one vehicle per assigned site. Vehicles that do not fit entirely on your concrete pad must be parked in the visitor parking area. Do not park on patio, grass, another site, or the road. Subject to availability, a 2nd vehicle pass may be purchased for $5.00 per day.
Tow trailers are not permitted on the RV sites. However, we are happy to provide a complimentary parking pass in our ancillary grass lot at the property's entrance. If you have a trailer to take to overflow parking, please notify our team upon check-in, and we will be happy to follow you down in a golf cart to give you a ride back to your site.
ARE THERE ANY BATH HOUSE - RESTROOM/SHOWERS RULES FOR THE RV RESORT?
Due to the Board of Health Regulations, washing dishes or animals/pets is prohibited in the RV resort’s guest showers and bathrooms. (Please use the dog wash area in the dog park to wash your dog.)
DO YOU HAVE GUEST LAUNDRY?
Yes, we have laundry for guests’ use.
HOW IS GARBAGE HANDLED?
Please keep your site tidy. Stack and tie garbage and place at or near the curb by your site by 10:30 am. We also have a dumpster area that is marked on the map provided at check-in for your convenience. Please close the dumpster after each use to prevent wildlife intrusion. If park staff must clean your site, there will be an extra charge.

CAN WE WASH OR REPAIR OUR RV ON-SITE?
In regard to washing your RV, only minor touch-ups may be completed on-site and only with prior management approval.
RV maintenance is typically not allowed on-site. If you must have your RV repaired on-site in order to continue your travel plans, this would have to receive prior management approval.
WHAT DOES THE RV RESORT FEE INCLUDE?
The resort fee for Camp Margaritaville RV Resort is $15 plus tax per RV per night. The resort fee includes the following amenities and services for registered guests:
- Camp Margaritaville planned activities* and entertainment
- Free admission to the Lazy River, including tube rental
- Resort pool for registered guests only
- Use of activity lawn games
- $5.00 free play card for Fin City Arcade and Billiards
- Free Wi-Fi
